Teesside research into Paranormal activity is a paranormal investigation team headed by Shaun Underwood, who has investigated thousands of sites and sightings in the UK and Europe over the past two decades. Shaun Underwood is a Parapsychologist and Paranormal researcher who has worked alongside some of the UK's leading paranormal research teams and authors, researching and investigating some of the UK's best known historical hotspots for paranormal activity. In a 20-year career in the field Shaun has helped to find the proof of these strange cases and is an investigative radio host at the age of 37. He has also written for Chat Its Fate,Fate & Fortune and is currently just back from working around Europe.

Our Aims

If paranormal activity is detected, in what format would it manifest itself i.e. visual, audio, or monitored via an array of scientific equipment? In addition, could weather conditions, times or dates exert any influence upon the activities?

A "Haunting" such as a haunted house or building is it ancient or modern is defined as a house or building that is believed to be a centre for supernatural occurrences.

Shaun Underwood Will provides a free service, to any private parties, person(s) and/or organization(s) unless Rising founds for charity. For example English heritage, local & regional councils, owners and caretakers to historical sites and other related institutes, whom may require, help, advise or publicity with related paranormal phenomenon, haunting and ghosts to private property owners whom may require, help and/or advise.

All correspondence between Shaun Underwood investigations private parties, person(s) and/or organization(s) will be fully confidential unless otherwise discussed and agreed by all concerned. After all investigations/vigils, (if requested) a report will be drawn-up by Shaun Underwood is made available to the designated person(s) at the site under investigation.

If required and after agreement and/or instruction from the said organization, positive publicity relating to the Shaun Underwood investigation/vigil may be forwarded to the local press and/or other press related organizations such as magazines and related internet sites. On special request a local press reporter may be invited to join the T.R.I.P.A UK team on said organized investigations.

As the reader will appreciate, trying to detect paranormal activity is difficult. Skeptics’ will often dismiss out of hand eyewitness reports, even if the experience has really happened. It is the policy of the group to attempt to catch paranormal activity on tape recording or film and to report in writing, that which has been physically experienced during the investigation.

The team will use different equipment such as negative ion detectors, Electro-magnetic sensors, Digital Laser thermometers Night vision Video camcorders, Infrared night scopes and trigger objects located in various parts of the site to help detect any unusual activity.

T.r.i.p.a UK (Teesside Research Into Paranormal Activity is a Paranormal Research & Investigations Team & Network who formed In 1994 By Shaun Underwood. The Team bring there own gifts and talents and many years experience. Each member is dedicated 110 percent to researching Ghosts 7 Haunted locations. Team members are Founder & Director Shaun Underwood, Tim Idden Co Founder and Head of Investigations. Helen Sanderson Co founder and Head of Films & Research. Jackie Gee Team sensitive and P.R MEDIA. The Team works together to great understanding eg: they know what must be done rather than what they think should be done. Each team member changes there roles within the team network every few weeks as this way they learn all aspects of the paranormal investigating.

I've worked with so many teams within the UK & EU and some a real great investigators and good at what they do but there is no match to working with your own select few (My Family)Tripa UK or as we are now called this year TEAM UK are not a team but more now a FAMILY now due to the close bond we all share knowing we can trust eachother to do what is best for the group but mostly knowing when your in a dark room that your SAFE.This is very inportent to my and my team, Each member knows that no amount of good research is more inportent that any members safety.
